Kling 3.0 AI Video Generator – Cinematic Clips with Native Audio, up to 15s

Kling 3.0 is Kuaishou's flagship video model — the generation that brought multi-shot direction, multilingual native audio and 15-second takes to the Kling family. TurnVideo runs it hosted on the standard tier: write a prompt or attach a first frame, pick 3, 4, 5, 8, 10 or 15 seconds, and get a 720p clip with dialogue, ambience and effects already in place. 50 credits per second, from 150 credits a clip, with no Kling account or API key.

What is Kling 3.0?

Kling 3.0 is the video model series Kuaishou's Kling AI announced on February 5, 2026 — VIDEO 3.0 and VIDEO 3.0 Omni, alongside IMAGE 3.0. Kuaishou describes it as a unified multimodal model trained on text, images, audio and video together: it generates native audio with lip-synced dialogue in Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and Spanish (including accents and dialects), plans multi-shot scenes from a single prompt, keeps characters and objects consistent across camera moves, renders legible on-screen text, and runs from 3 to 15 seconds per generation. A native-4K tier followed in April 2026. On TurnVideo the model runs hosted on the standard 720p tier — the text to video and image to video workflows below, priced per clip in credits.

Core Capabilities of the Kling 3.0 AI Video Generator

Multi-shot direction from a single prompt

Kuaishou positions multi-shot as the headline 3.0 upgrade: the model reads the shot list in your prompt — "shot 1 low-angle rear wide, shot 2 side close-up of the wheel, shot 3 first-person POV" — and plans the transitions, framing and camera angles itself. Here that means describing the shots you want in plain text; the dedicated shot-by-shot editor is not exposed yet.

Image to video with first and last frame

Attach a still and Kling 3.0 animates from it, following your image’s framing and aspect ratio. Add a second image and the clip transitions from the first frame to the last — a reliable way to lock both the opening composition and the ending pose, for product turns, portraits and match cuts.

Native audio with character-level lip sync

Audio is generated with the picture, not added after. Name the speakers in your prompt — "Mom (softly): …, Dad (low voice): …" — and Kling 3.0 assigns each line to the right face, including three or more characters in one frame. Room tone and effects come along for the ride.

On-screen text that stays legible

Kuaishou highlights native-level text rendering: signs, captions and logos in the source image are preserved through the motion, and new lettering can be generated cleanly. A word on a baseball bat survives the swing — which is usually where video models fall apart first.

Clip lengths from 3 to 15 seconds

Pick 3, 4, 5, 8, 10 or 15 seconds per generation. Cost scales linearly with length at 50 credits a second and is always shown before you commit — from 150 credits for a 3-second clip to 750 for the full 15.

How Creators Use the Kling 3.0 AI Video Generator

Dialogue scenes that cut like a film

Kuaishou built Kling 3.0 around multi-shot storytelling: describe two people at a table and the lines they trade, and the model frames the shot-reverse-shot itself — push-in, close-up, reaction — with each voice locked to the right character. One generation replaces a timeline of three or four clips.

Product spots with a voiceover and readable branding

Perfume bottle, golden hour, a slow orbit and a lazy French-accented voiceover — the kind of brief an agency writes. Kling 3.0 keeps the lettering on the bottle legible while the camera moves and times the narration to the shots, which makes it a practical text to video tool for ads and demos.

Localized marketing in five languages

The same scene can play out in Spanish on a Madrid street or Korean on a school rooftop. Kling 3.0 generates dialogue natively in Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and Spanish, switches languages mid-scene, and matches lip movement to each — so one prompt template serves several markets.

A 15-second take with real progression

Most models stop at 8 or 10 seconds. At 15 seconds a prompt can be written in beats — "at the 4th second the crowd breaks into frame, at the 8th she glances back" — and Kling 3.0 paces them across one continuous shot. Action sequences, chases and reveals stop being three clips glued together.

Kling 3.0 vs Veo 3.1 vs MiniMax H3

All three run in the same generator, so switching models never means rewriting your prompt. The short version: Kling 3.0 is the dialogue and performance specialist with the longest takes at the lowest per-clip price; Veo 3.1 is the cinematic prompt-adherence benchmark; MiniMax H3 gives you native 2K with stereo audio.

Kling 3.0 pricing on TurnVideo

Kling 3.0 is priced per second of output — 50 credits a second on the standard tier with audio on — so the clip price is always the rate times the length you pick. The number next to the Generate button is exactly what gets charged, and failed jobs are refunded automatically.

Getting Better Results from the Kling 3.0 AI Video Generator

Tag the accent or dialect you want

Kling 3.0 reproduces accents and dialects when you ask for them — "speaks English with an Indian accent", "in Cantonese", "British, slow pace". Put the tag right before the line of dialogue, in quotes, and keep each character’s lines on their own sentence so the model never has to guess who is speaking.

Write dialogue in the target language

For Japanese, Korean, Spanish or Chinese dialogue, write the lines in that language rather than asking for a translation — the model matches pronunciation and lip shapes to the text it is given. Lines in other languages are rendered in English, so keep to the five supported ones.

Choreograph the camera with the action

Kling 3.0 follows camera instructions tied to beats: "the camera tracks her as she walks and freezes when she pauses", "medium shot throughout, one continuous take". Pair each movement with the action that triggers it and the result reads as a planned long take rather than a drifting shot.

Draft short, finish long

Settle composition and performance on 3-second runs at 150 credits, then re-run the winning prompt at 15 seconds for 750. Because pricing is strictly per second, there is no penalty for iterating short — you only pay for length on the take you keep.

Kling 3.0 AI Video Generator FAQ

Kling 3.0 is the flagship AI video model series from Kuaishou’s Kling AI, announced on February 5, 2026. It generates 3–15 second clips with native audio and lip-synced dialogue in five languages, plans multi-shot scenes from one prompt, and keeps characters consistent across camera moves. On TurnVideo it runs hosted on the standard 720p tier.

Kuaishou announced the Kling 3.0 series (VIDEO 3.0, VIDEO 3.0 Omni, IMAGE 3.0) on February 5, 2026, initially as early access for Kling Ultra subscribers before opening it more widely. A native-4K generation tier for the 3.0 video model followed on April 23, 2026.

50 credits per second of output: 150 credits for a 3-second clip, 400 for 8 seconds, up to 750 for the full 15. The exact price for your selected length is shown next to the Generate button before you run.

TurnVideo runs on plans rather than free welcome credits: every generation is paid in credits, and each model shows its exact cost next to the Generate button before you run. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Video generation, Kling 3.0 included, runs on a plan.

3, 4, 5, 8, 10 or 15 seconds per clip, rendered at 720p on the standard tier. Text to video picks any of 16:9, 9:16, 1:1; for image to video the output follows your reference image’s framing. Every ratio costs the same credits.

Yes. Audio is generated natively with the picture — dialogue with lip sync, ambience and sound effects. Kling 3.0 speaks Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and Spanish, can switch languages inside one clip, and reproduces accents and dialects when the prompt asks for them. Audio is always on here; that is the tier the price is quoted for.

Multi-shot direction works through the prompt: describe the shots you want in order and the model plans the cuts. The dedicated shot-by-shot editor and the Elements library (binding a character’s look and voice from reference images or video) are not exposed on TurnVideo yet. Image to video with a first and last frame is available today.

Kuaishou’s own comparison lists what 3.0 adds over 2.6: multi-shot generation, first frame plus element references, multi-character dialogue with three or more speakers, five-language audio with dialects and accents, and 15-second output with flexible duration. Text to video, image to video, first-and-last-frame and native audio were already in 2.6.

Not quite. Kling 3.0 is a series: VIDEO 3.0 is the text- and image-driven model this page runs; VIDEO 3.0 Omni is the reference-driven sibling that extracts a subject’s look and voice from uploaded video and images. Both share the same unified 3.0 architecture.

Credits are consumed only when a job succeeds; failed jobs are refunded automatically, so a provider error does not cost you anything.
