Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Paid features are offered through subscription plans, billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and processed by our payment provider. The prices, the credits included with each plan, any credit validity periods, and the credit cost of each generation are shown on our pricing page and in the product at the time of purchase or use.

Plan changes are supported within the same billing interval. An upgrade preserves your renewal date and charges the quoted difference for the remaining portion of the current period; additional credits use that same remaining-period proportion, rounded down, while existing credits keep their original validity. Upgrade charges below USD 0.50 are not supported. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal and can be cancelled before it takes effect. Review and confirm the quote before any paid upgrade.

Credits are a prepaid unit of usage. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash. Free or promotional credits (such as registration gifts) may carry an expiry date, shown when they are granted.

Failed Generations

Credits are only spent on successful results. If a generation fails or times out, the credits it consumed are returned to your balance automatically. Credits are not returned for generations that complete successfully, including results you are unsatisfied with. Generations refused or blocked by our safety systems are handled as described in "Content Moderation and Enforcement" below.

Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to your plan until then. If we refund a purchase, your access under it ends immediately instead (see "Refunds" below). We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except as described in "Refunds" below.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your first subscription purchase, we will refund it in full, provided you request the refund within 7 days of that purchase and have used fewer than 50 credits from it. To request a refund, contact us from your account email; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. A full refund of your current subscription cycle ends that subscription immediately and stops renewal. A refund for an older cycle does not cancel a newer paid cycle. Credits granted with the refunded purchase are removed from your balance; if part of those credits has already been spent, we may deduct the equivalent amount from your remaining credits.

Subscription renewals are not refundable — cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank, and we will work it out with you.

By purchasing, you agree that we begin providing the paid service immediately. If mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction grants you a withdrawal or cooling-off right, you acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, this right lapses once you begin using paid credits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

Prohibited Content

Our services generate images and video from the prompts and reference images you provide. You may not use them to create, upload, store, or distribute:

Sexually explicit or pornographic material, nudity, or sexually suggestive depictions of any person
Any sexual content involving a minor, or any depiction of a minor in a sexualized context — we report suspected child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities
Nude or intimate imagery of a real person made or shared without their consent, including "undressing" edits or sexualized alterations of photographs
Content that impersonates a real person or uses their likeness or voice without permission
Graphic violence or gore, or content promoting self-harm, terrorism, or other illegal activity
Content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other rights
Any other content prohibited by the laws that apply to you or to us

These rules apply to your prompts, to any reference image you upload, and to the results you generate. Attempting to evade our filters — for example by obfuscating a prompt, or by splitting a prohibited request across several steps — is itself a violation of these Terms.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

We screen prompts, uploaded reference images, and generated results automatically, and we keep a record of the requests we refuse. A refused request does not consume credits; when a generation is blocked after it has already run, its credits are returned to your balance.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for violating the Prohibited Content rules above. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content, or a single severe violation, may result in permanent termination and the forfeiture of any unused credits.

Nothing you generate is made public unless you choose to share it, and anything displayed publicly on this site is curated by us.
