Account Deletion and Financial Records
Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation. Before deleting your account, cancel any subscription and wait for cancellation to take effect, and resolve outstanding payments. Recent sign-in is required to protect this irreversible action.
Wait for active generations to finish before requesting deletion. We remove files recorded as belonging to your account from our storage before completing deletion. If cleanup fails, your account remains available for a retry, but some files may already have been removed. We cannot withdraw copies already downloaded or cached by others, or independently retained by third-party providers.
After deletion, we retain payment and invoice references and credit-ledger records needed for refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and financial reconciliation, with the deleted account's owner link removed. Our payment provider may independently retain billing information under its own privacy and legal obligations.
